RS-3600

These reciprocating sprayers automate the spray finishing of cabinet doors and other flat parts. A paper belt transports parts under a reciprocating spray arm. Part sensors detect the part and automatically trigger up to four spray guns. Four guns positioned at 45-degree angles can quickly and accurately spray the top and four sides of the workpiece.

The footprint of the 36" belt (RS-3600) machine is an ultra-compact 84” x 96” which is great for small shops. The no-frills machine design is easy to understand and use. Automatic features are overridable with manual controls for increased reliability.​  

These machines can be fitted with a variety of high-pressure or low-pressure spray gun packages for applying nearly all types of sprayable coatings and finishes.
