This Spindle Sprayer automatically applies a spray finish to hardware and other small parts. A chain on edge conveyor transports the parts on a series of spindles. Once inside the machine the spindles rotate quickly to spin the parts. The spinning parts move past a fixed automatic spray gun and get evenly coated with finish. Cross-flowing air carries overspray and fumes into the machines filters and exhausts to the outdoors.
